Michelle Davis White has been awarded the Rhonda’s Promise, Inc. Women’s History Month Award because of her unwavering commitment to uplifting seniors and caregivers through her work with Aging in Grace Elder Care Service Inc.

Michelle has intentionally created a safe, welcoming, and nurturing environment where seniors and caregivers can come together several times each month to connect, learn, and support one another. Through her leadership, Aging in Grace has become more than a service, it is a community. Seniors ranging in age from 60 to 90+ are provided with meaningful opportunities to stay socially engaged, mentally supported, and physically active.

Michelle ensures participants receive education on topics that directly impact aging, along with nutritious meals at every gathering. She thoughtfully hosts holiday celebrations, fostering joy, dignity, and a sense of belonging. During challenging seasons, Michelle provides emotional and mental support, reminding seniors and caregivers alike that they are not alone.

Additionally, she offers monthly fitness, cardio, and balance classes, empowering seniors to remain active and confident as they age gracefully. Her work honors the wisdom, strength, and value of older adults while supporting caregivers who often carry silent burdens.
