The Girls Chat 5.0: “Dream Big: Pajamas, Purpose & Possibilities" is for young girls in middle and high school. The Girls Chat Conference is designed to help young girls identify, understand, and flex their leadership muscles within their respective spaces and beyond. The conference focuses on building the attendees’ self-awareness, social skills, and academic success. The conference creates a culture that is focused on proactively counteracting race inequities by providing workshops.
Empowerment is the key to impacting social change and building leadership. The Girls Chat Conference plants a seed of confidence within the young female participants to be or become a leader, thinker, advocate…a champion for self and other girls.
The attendees will have an opportunity to hear from and/or meet inspiring female community leaders and speakers in a wide range of career fields. The girls also receive four (4) Community Service Hours for attending.

Keynote Speaker
Rhonda Turner is the Founder and President of 4 Knowledge Is Power, Inc., a Florida-based nonprofit organization dedicated to youth development, education, family enrichment, financial literacy, and community empowerment. For more than two decades, she has committed herself to creating opportunities that encourage young people to recognize their potential, develop confidence, and prepare for successful futures.
Through 4 Knowledge Is Power, Rhonda has developed and facilitated educational and empowerment programs that have impacted thousands of youth and families. One of her signature initiatives is the College and Historical Tour program, which provides students with opportunities to travel throughout the United States, visit colleges and universities, explore African American history, and experience possibilities beyond their immediate communities.
Her work with young people extends beyond college exposure. Through workshops, mentoring, financial literacy programs, leadership development, career and goal-setting activities, and family-centered programming, Rhonda works to give youth the knowledge, encouragement, and practical tools they need to make positive decisions about their futures.
Rhonda holds a Master of Science in Mental Health and Marriage & Family and received an Honorary Doctorate Degree in Business Philosophy in December 2023. She is also a Certified Life Coach and Certified Relationship Workshop Facilitator. Her professional experience as a school counselor, nonprofit leader, mentor, and community advocate allows her to connect with young people from both an educational and personal-development perspective.
At the heart of Rhonda's work is her belief that exposure can change the trajectory of a young person's life. She encourages young people - especially young women - to discover who they are, understand their value, develop their voice, and never allow their current circumstances to determine the size of their dreams.
Through 4 Knowledge Is Power, Inc., Rhonda continues to create opportunities that educate, expose, empower, and inspire the next generation of leaders.
